Online Private Yoga Lessons
Yoga is a practice that I hold dear to my heart. It has helped me manage my own pain and brings a peace of mind like nothing else. Join me on an online platform while we explore poses and stretches that will decrease your pain and increase your mobility! Combining my training as a massage therapist and yoga teacher I will work with you to create a yoga routine that is customized to your exact needs. This means we will start where you are at. Only have 20 minutes for yoga? No problem. Want to focus on low back pain? You got it! After an initial consultation I will create a sequence just for you and then guide you through the poses. I'll even email you a copy for you to keep.
